The mission of the League of the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra is to support and promote the orchestra and its associated programs.  We invite you to share in our programs and our camaraderie.

The League was established in 1997 and throughout the year, the League supports the HHSO through participation in fundraising, special events, music education and volunteer services to encourage community awareness and appreciation of the orchestra and its associated programs. 

As a member, you will receive an invitation to support the League by participating in our ever-popular Musicales.  There are six recitals performed in homes or special venues around Hilton Head and may include performances of jazz, individual soloists from the orchestra, or popular music with vocalists.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Spring Luncheon, Fashion Show and Silent Auction held annually.

Our main fundraiser is Swing for the Symphony, a magnificent golf tournament to be held this year at  Wexford Golf Club on October 16, 2023.  (Please additional information in the “Events” tab).

We are very involved with, and provide volunteers for, the Symphony Under the Stars, Concours D’Elegance, and the International Piano Competition. Additionally, we also host the post concert receptions. Each year is capped off with our very popular Spring Fling, a combination annual meeting and party!

MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE $50.00 FOR A SINGLE MEMBERSHIP AND $90.00 FOR A COUPLE.
