Coastal Home Supper Club is the new popular monthly dinner and cabaret series at SoundWaves at Coligny, home of the HHSO, pairing food and music for a fun Sunday evening.

Our April Coastal Home Supper Club features flugelhornist, Ron Helman, a leader who crosses the classical/jazz spectrum with tremendous ease, supported by a stellar rhythm section for a splashy night of elegant jazz standards. Newly to the Lowcountry, this cool cat studied with the greatest musical minds at the Met and NY Phil, as much as he drew early influence shaping his sound from jazz icons Chet Baker and Miles Davis. Downbeat Magazine’s Brian Zimmeran captured the elegance of this musical renaissance man stating in his review “New Jersey-born, New Mexico-based Helman spent years as a dancer and gymnast. In his former life, he served as a dance coach with the Juilliard School Drama Department and even provided chorographical expertise to the likes of Sting, Al Pacino and Julianne Moore. A certified life coach and business coach, Helman also trained as a classical trumpeter and performed in off-Broadway productions…” 

Special Heritage week supper provided by Skillets Café & Grill includes choice of

Grilled Salmon with Cold Marinated Cucumbers and Tomatoes (GF) and

Chicken Cordon Bleu with Rice and Vegetables.

Seating is cabaret-style at tables of 4.
Reserved dinner/concert seats are $64 per person.
Dinner/concert general seating is $54 per person.
Reserved seating for concert-only tickets is $39 per person, and general seating for concert-only tickets is $29 per person.

Doors and bar open at 6pm with dinner service at 6:30 pm.
The concert portion of the evening begins at 7:30 pm.
Concert-only ticket purchasers will be admitted beginning at 7:15 pm.

Proof of vaccination is required.

Masks are recommended when not eating or drinking.
