Supper for this one is provided by Okan Bluffton, offering entrée selections of roasted chicken breast with farro and summer vegetables; Caribbean stewed beef with coconut rice and roasted broccolini (GF); baked unicorn fish with mashed sweet potato and sautéed collards; and garlic mushroom penne with grilled zucchini and charred corn (V).
