Titles covered include “Gypsy,” “Rhiannon,” “Don’t Stop Thinking About Tomorrow,” “Songbird,” “Everywhere,” “The Chain,” “Silver Springs,” “Go Your Own Way,” ”Dreams,” and “You Make Loving Fun.” 

 Supper for this one is provided by our neighbors at Skillets in Coligny, offering entrée selections of salmon filet with tomatoes and cucumbers tossed in key lime vinaigrette (GF); grilled portabella mushroom with tomatoes and cucumbers tossed in key lime vinaigrette (GF) (V); chicken cordon bleu with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables; and corned beef and cabbage with potatoes, carrots, and Irish Soda Bread.
