Supper for this one is provided by Chef Brooks Rinehart of Healthy Culinary Concepts LLC, offering entrée selections chicken skewers with cilantro limerice and roasted vegetables (GF); shrimp skewers with cilantro lime rice and roasted vegetables (GF); and mushroom and pepper skewers with cilantro limerice and roasted vegetables (V)(GF). Each meal will be preceded by a spinach salad with strawberries, feta, and balsamic preset; and followed by a gluten-free dessert.
