A bilingual and multicultural holiday evening of food and music, Feliz Navidad will showcase musical performances by Venezuelan Guillermo Brazon, Peruvian Iris Sarria, Colombian Jimy Barrios, Venezuelan Gustavo Rattia, and others. Colombian Camilo Florido, publisher of US Nosotros and emcee, will guide listeners through a festive evening of spirited seasonal music celebrating Latin American culture and holiday traditions. This collaboration between Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, US Nosotros, and Nala’s Beach Bar & Grill establishes HHI’s own new and unforgettable holiday tradition in the Lowcountry.

 

Meals for this event are provided by Nala’s Beach Bar and Grill, featuring appetizers of an Italian salad: mix of lettuces, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, roasted nuts, sun-dried tomato vinaigrette; and leek cream and bread with blue cheese and pepper bacon; followed by entrée selection options of pan-seared corvina with caramel and mushroom sauce served over sweet potato purée and grilled asparagus; chicken cordon bleu medallions stuffed with ham and cheddar cheese served with Neapolitan sauce and rice with nuts and herbs and a vegetable canoe; and filet mignon with roasted paprika butter, rosemary potatoes, and Mediterranean salad. Dessert options are tiramisu and chocolate cake.
