This engaging and entertaining evening features delights for both your ears and your palate, including:

–Musical performances by 2008 HHIPC First Prize winner, Ran Dank, plus members of the HHSO, and acclaimed tenor Bernard Holcomb.

–A tribute to our guest of honor – former HHIPC Director, Mona Huff.

CHOOSE FROM THREE SUMPTUOUS MEAL OPTIONS:

Pan Seared Snapper: Olive Tapenade, Baby Potato and Artichoke Ragout, Lemon Butter Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes, Herbs

Country Style Short Ribs: Cheddar Polenta, Pinot Noir Demi-Glacé, Wild Mushroom and Garlic Confit

Lemon Chive Risotto: Asparagus Spears, Cherry Tomato, Basil Oil, Shaved  Parmesan

All entrees gluten free. Dinner package includes salad, dessert, and a glass of wine.  Tickets must be purchased by Friday, January 6, 2023, to ensure choice of meal.
